Kingdom of Dreams Prints on Paper/Canvas
This piece narrates the wide long journey of life — of the lives of a collective — and the precious, wondrous, and intricate nature of experience.
I once read an anecdote that emphasized something like this : Everyone you pass by at the grocery, sit next to at a stop light, or are driving behind in traffic is someone else’s most important person, their clearest vision of why life is still a beautiful thing worth celebrating.
This artwork explores the interweaving of microcosmic importance, and the ways that subjective experience bounces off of and blends with other subjective experience. At all levels, whether we are living in a city, are alone in undisturbed nature, or are taking a look on a global scale - we come together in harmony and catastrophe, divinely and objectively equal within the balancing act of the cosmic proportion.
The trillions of individual moments that create a collective psyche - the incomprehensibly wide variety, and similarity, between them, is what inspired this piece of art to completion.
